When additional upgrades are needed to properly prepare the property, Redesigned provides assistance in the following areas on a per project basis:

• Recommendations for Flooring and Tile

At the first visit, a Redesigned professional will assess the property with the sole purpose of gathering the information needed to present an estimate for the work. Should you prefer to have the Home Stager take the time at the initial visit to give specific suggestions such as paint color, minor upgrades etc., we suggest requesting a Consultation.

FEE STRUCTURE
A one-hour initial consultation fee is $100. Subsequent fees are determined by the size of the project. Various ways of charging have included hourly rates, hourly rates plus a mark-up on furnishings, flat fee, or percentage fee based on project budget.
